A florae's Full-Service Wedding & Event Design is the whole package for ensuring beginning to end attention to detail and day-of execution of all creative gardenscape floral designs. Our team of floral designers will be on site to build custom flower designs, on-site styling, flower installations and wedding arches, along with the delivery and set up of all centerpieces and small floral detailing to ensure your event is fresh, hearty and unique to you. We will not leave until all the flowers are in their proper position and everything flower-related has been taken care of.

IS THERE A MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT FOR FULL-SERVICE EVENTS?
Yes, we require a minimum of $6,000 for all Full-Service weddings and events.
DO YOU TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO?
Yes, we service the entire state of Colorado and beyond.
DO YOU REQUIRE EXCLUSIVITY?
Yes, our Full-Service floral package requires that A florae is the exclusive floral design team for your event to eliminate any confusion for other vendors and to ensure that your floral designs remain fully in line with your overall flower vision.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FLOWERS?
We are so lucky to have a plethora of local flower farms that surround the Longmont area and beyond. We buy weekly from Little Hollow Flowers, Red Daisy Farm, Wild Nectar Farm and Wozani Farm during the Colorado growing season and when we need to source imported flowers we work very closely with two incredble local wholesalers who go to great measures to ensure our blooms are fresh and hearty.
DO YOU OFTEN DESIGN WITH SEASONAL FLOWERS?
We want to give you the very best blooms, and to impact the environment the least, therefore, we make seasonality a tenet of our practice. We undoutably find the best quality blooms when they are in season.
WHERE DO WE START?
Please start by filling out this form to let us know your event date and any other details and we will respond immediately to let you know if we are available or not. We will then schedule either a phone consultation or in-person studio consultation for us to learn more details prior to writing a proposal for you.
WILL WE RECEIVE A PROPOSAL TO UNDERSTAND DESIGN DETAILS AND PRICING?
Yes, after our initial consultation, we will send a storyboard and detailed proposal highlighting unique floral designs custom-created just for you and all pricing will be clear and concise for your understanding.
DO YOU RETURN FOR TAKEDOWN?
Yes, all Full-Service Weddings and Events will receive a strike breakdown should it require it for all floral-related decor from our services.
