Blair truly looked like an angel to me on her wedding day. From the soft fabric of her dress that draped off of her shoulders, to the flower crown as her halo and the sparkling city lights at night that cast over her and Josh as they stood on the bridge outside of Coohills and watched the fireworks above. It was a magical day in the city with getting married at the Wash Park Boathouse by the water and moving onto an elegant dinner in the heart of downtown. Sex in the City meets Denver.
Her ladies wore a soft bluish gray tone for their dresses that flowed in the bustling wind and an aspen chuppah draped with vibrant flowers. The combination of muted tones paired with boldly bright flowers makes for a romantic, feminine elegance and the men as handsome as Mad Men.
Because the tables at the restaurant are quite narrow, she opted for a garland to lay down the center of the table to be able to fill in the table, but not get in the way of the guests eating their dinner. With all the candles also placed on all the tables, the room was cast in a warm glow upon nightfall.
Certain flowers that you will see throughout these photos are: purple freesia, cream spray roses, peach ranunculus, burgundy ranunculus, white clematis, seeded eucalyptus, coral sweet peas, blushing bride, andromeda and peach parrot tulips.
Jamie Fischer Photography did an excellent job at capturing their love through her lens.
